1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and bdtkl ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of bdtkl at https://bdtkl.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of bdtkl following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to bdtkl is strictly restricted. To register and participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bdtkl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of organised cheating in sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, or international cricket events.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. bdtkl's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your bdtkl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
